TERMS OF SALE

The following explains our Terms of Sale. You must click “I agree” to purchase merchandise online from RawatCreations.

1. Returns:

With the exception of damaged goods, all sales are FINAL and RawatCreations has no duty to refund, exchange or allow credits for any merchandise after sale. Once purchased, digital downloads may not be refunded or cancelled .

2. Return of Damaged Goods:

You have 14 days from delivery of merchandise to request a return and replacement for damaged goods. If physical (non-digital) goods you bought from RawatCreations arrive in damaged condition, they will be replaced if still available, or refunded if not available. RawatCreations will be responsible for the return and replacement shipping costs. Contact Customer Care, via email, at [email protected] for instructions on returns.

3. No Warranty:

RAWATCREATIONS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. RawatCreations may not be held liable for any losses, inconvenience or expectation damages arising from any claim of failure to deliver items either as to condition of the goods or timeliness of delivery.

Digital downloads are sold without any warranty and RawatCreations disclaims all responsibility and liability for any harm to any computer system or software, loss of data, or other harm that results from access (authorized or otherwise) to or use of digital downloads originating from the RawatCreations online store.

4. International Delivery:

In the event that you are receiving shipment outside of the United States, you are solely responsible for the payment of any additional taxes not reflected in the final sales price but levied by any regulatory body, and you are solely responsible for the payment of any customs, duties or import fees that may be levied by a regulatory body outside of the United States.

You may not copy, duplicate, redistribute, display, modify or create any derivative works based upon items purchased from RawatCreations. The copyrightable material available on the RawatCreations online store is protected by internationally enforceable copyright law, the violation of which may subject you to civil or criminal prosecution.
